With little to no downtime, dermal fillers are ideal for quick, noticeable enhancements tailored to your goals. Booking Notes Consultation required to determine areas, filler type, and syringes needed Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, and blood-thinning supplements for 48 hours prior (unless prescribed) Arrive with a clean face, no makeup or skincare products Inform provider of allergies, medical conditions, or prior treatments Aftercare Instructions Hands Off – Do not rub or massage treated areas for 24 hours. Rest Lightly – Avoid strenuous exercise or heavy lifting for 24 hours. Limit Heat – No saunas, hot tubs, or excessive sun for 48 hours. Hydrate – Drink water to support recovery. Normal Reactions – Mild swelling, redness, or bruising is common and should resolve in a few days. Contact your provider for lumps, asymmetry, or persistent discomfort.
